KiSS Mugello is the environmental and social sustainability program of the MotoGP™ Italian Grand Prix at the Mugello International Circuit. The aim of the programme is to raise collective awareness on the importance of employing sustainable oriented practices in major sport events, as well as in everyday life.

Among the numerous activities of this 2024 edition is also the call-to-action for the raccolta delle bottiglie PET promoted by COREPLA and the exceptional initiative for the protection of bees: the Circuit will in fact host several hives to raise awareness among participants aboutimportance of pollinating bees for the ecosystem and biodiversity.

It began his journey on the occasion of the Italian MotoGP del 2013 grazie alla collaborazione tra Mugello Circuit, Yamaha Motor Racing e FIM (Federazione Internazionale di Motociclismo), d’intesa con DORNA e IRTA (International Road Racing Teams Association) ed è stato la prima iniziativa in ambito motociclistico con l’obiettivo di sensibilizzare e coinvolgere sul tema della sostenibilità l’universo del motociclismo utilizzando un grande evento sportivo come veicolo per raggiungere l’obiettivo.

Since its first edition, KiSS Mugello has inspired a series of other major motorcycling events by contributing to the worldwide spread of KiSS - Keep it Shiny and Sustainable programmes to other MotoGP™ Grand Prix and other motorcycle disciplines around the world. KiSS programmes are part of FIM Ride Green programme.

The design and coordination of KiSS Mugello are entrusted to Right Hub Benefit Company, organization that promotes internationally sustainability projects for companies and for the event Industry (organizers, suppliers, and sports teams).
